My Story

My name is Christa, and animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been the owner of Kibbles ’n Gifts for over 18 years, a well-respected pet store in Half Moon Bay known for its community spirit and dedication to all things furry, feathered, and four-legged.

Before opening the store, I spent more than a decade as a trusted petsitter - caring for dogs, cats, and just about every type of animal you can imagine. I also offered dog walking and boarding services, always treating every pet as if they were my own.

When my son was younger, my focus was on raising him and growing my pet store business. Now that he’s nearly grown, I’m excited to return to my first love - providing a safe, happy, and loving experience for the pets entrusted to my care.
